How long does it take my claims to be paid via the claims portal?

Claims notified via the claims portal are processed swiftly. If all required documents are uploaded correctly and the necessary procedures are followed, payment can be completed within 48 hours.

I am unable to attach my policy document while submitting my claim. What should I do?

You do not need to attach your policy document while submitting your claim. Instead, please ensure that you upload a valid ID and provide a digital signature to proceed with your claim submission.

I can't access the link to initiate a claim or accept an offer. What could be wrong?

This may be due to an expired link, browser compatibility issues, or network restrictions. First, try opening the link in another supported browser (such as Chrome or Edge). If the problem continues, please contact our support team for assistance.

I'm having trouble navigating the claims portal. How can I get help?

I received an error message after clicking the link following successful EDV (Executed Discharge Voucher) completion. What should I do?

Please refresh your browser and check if the EDV status has been updated on your claim. If the issue persists, take a screenshot of the error message and send it to claims.support@insurance.com for investigation.

After completing my EDV successfully, there was no confirmation message. How do I know it worked?

Check your email for confirmation. If you did not receive one, you can log in to the Claims Portal to check the status of your claim and see if the EDV is marked as complete. If there is no update, please contact our support team to verify.

How do I track the status of my claim after submission?

Currently, the Claims Portal does not support real-time claim tracking. After submitting your claim, updates will be sent to you via email from our claims team. For more information, please contact our support team.
